In 2014, Tim and Jessica Jones embarked on improving the quality of cocktail mixers available on the market. With Tim's experience as a brand builder and ingrained in the spirits industry, the duo envisioned a fusion where premium spirits meet unparalleled craftsmanship. As Tim has often said, “I’m born and raised in Kentucky, if I’m putting anything in my Bourbon it better be great.”

Tim and Jessica's journey, pushed by their goals of excellence and with a bootstrap mindset, saw Gents Original grow from a local brand sold at pop-up markets into a trusted partner of some of the most revered distilleries in the world.

Still nestled in Kentucky, the birthplace of Bourbon, our dedicated team at Gents Original continues to handcraft cocktail mixers in small batches. We champion the use of quality ingredients, ensuring every bottle encapsulates the heart of Kentucky's craftsmanship. From creation, bottling and shipping, every step is done by the hands of our local team.

Our collaboration with esteemed partners like Heaven Hill Distillery has allowed us to expand our horizons. We proudly offer the official cocktail mix for Elijah Craig, including the timeless Old Fashioned mix and the distinctive Black Walnut and Spiced flavors.
